The installation of Rapidwall® panels on-site involves a series of carefully coordinated steps, ensuring that the panels are correctly assembled, securely fixed, and integrated into the building structure. Site Preparation: Surveying the site, checking the foundation, installation of Starter/Dowel bars and marking panel positions.

Unloading and Inspection: Safe unloading, inspection of panels, and organizing installation accessories.

Panel Lifting: Using mobile cranes and lifting accessories such as Lifting Jaw to position Rapidwall® wall panels and slabs panels

Securing Panels: Fixing the panels securely to the foundation accessories such as multidirectional Wall Props & Jacks

Joining Panels: Aligning and securing panels together, ensuring weatherproof seals.

Integration: Installing lintels in cut out openings of doors & windows, Installation electrical, plumbing, or HVAC components.

Reinforcement: Rapidwall® slab cavities are reinforced with steel.

Concrete Casting: Casting of Wall & slab panels with concrete to achieve load bearing system.

Quality Control: Ongoing inspections to ensure proper installation and adjustments.
