Manufacture/ Cutting of Rapidwall®

Our factory team ensures the documents recieved from the engineering office are put into a smooth schedule to be fabricated, cut and delivered to site:

  • Production Coordinators:-
  • – Ensure the shop drawings align with factory capabilities.
  • – Verify manufacturability of components

  • Quality Control Specialists:-

  • – Review and verify accuracy and completeness of shop drawings.
  • – Ensure adherence to quality standards and local building codes.
  • Fabrication Team:-
  • – Fabricate/cut Rapidwall® components based on shop drawings with out top of the line cutting machine accurate to +-3mm.
  • – Load the cut panels into 40′ open-top containers or stillages.
  • – An average of 500-600sqm of Rapidwall® panels can be loaded in each shipment.
  • – Provide feedback to design teams for any necessary adjustments.
  • – Make all the necessary delivery documents and post fabrication quality control documents.
